Welcome to Paesano, a restaurant all about Italian tradition. We are the Paesano family of Brusketta, and we have been running a successful Italian restaurant on Jan Van Rijswijcklaan for many years being Brusketta .
Valentina Paesano, with over 12 years of experience & Vincent van Trier, well-known in the nightlife scene (Carré, The Villa & Soho, …), joined forces to make this festive dining concept a household name in Antwerp.
Valentina Paesano, Luciano Paesano’s daughter, opened this Neapolitan restaurant with the same kitchen model as her parents, but with her own touches. The result is a unique blend of traditional Italian cuisine with a modern, quirky twist.
Our kitchen is based on our grandmother’s recipe book and offers an extensive menu of delicious dishes.
When you enter Paesano, you immediately notice the cosy and modern atmosphere. We used lots of black-and-white film photos, mood lighting and clean lines to make our own mark. Don’t expect traditional holiday décor with mandolins blaring from the speakers, because lounge music is played here.
Located in the beautiful building next to The Villa homestead, you will find us back at 1 Limbastraat. Our location is ideally located, with easy access to the city centre and surrounded by a lively atmosphere.
Paesano is within walking distance of the beautiful Zaha Hadid Square and the Harbour House, a modern square known for its architectural splendour. The Port House is an architectural masterpiece and an important symbol of Antwerp’s maritime history.
The location of our restaurant offers the opportunity not only to enjoy the culinary indulgence, but also to explore the beautiful sights of Antwerp. After a tasty meal at Paesano, you can easily explore the surrounding area and experience the city’s rich culture, shops and lively atmosphere.
In short, Paesano offers a convenient location to enjoy delicious food and discover Antwerp’s unique charm.
The interior is characterised by black-and-white film pictures, mood lighting and clean lines, and lounge music is played. The menu offers a wide choice of traditional Neapolitan dishes and in-house creations, with the highlight being the homemade meatballs after a grandma’s recipe.
